Self-retracting thread centring tip for precise tapping. Circumferential cutting edge enables clean drilling with minimal chipping. Cylindrical shank up to drill diameter 10 mm, hexagonal shank from drill diameter 12 to 32 mm. Self-retracting thread centring point for precise spot drilling. Spiral flute shape "LEWIS" enables maximum chip evacuation and thus high drilling progress.

Application examples: Special wood drill bit for fast, precise drilling. For use in hardwood and softwood, laminated beams and end-grain timber.
