The open mesh structure of the sanding mesh allows for effective removal of sanding dust, resulting in a finer sanding finish. The attachment of the sanding material to the machine is straightforward, as the open structure eliminates the need for precise positioning. The backing material is made of durable nylon mesh, while the grit is composed of silicon carbide. A multitude of small openings in the mesh significantly increases the suction power, as the sanding dust is removed over a much larger surface area. The sanding mesh is waterproof and can be easily washed after intensive use. Once dried, it is ready for use again.

Application examples: For all rough, intermediate, and finishing sanding tasks on wood, metal, paints, and varnishes.
