Specifically tailored combinations of synthetic resins as base and surface bonding materials ensure high chip resistance and heat resistance of the abrasive grain. A special stearate coating effectively reduces clogging of the abrasive grain. High-quality corundum and aluminum oxide as abrasives guarantee maximum sanding performance and longevity. Depending on the requirements, high-strength and flexible specialty papers or synthetic fabrics are used as backing materials.
