The COZZE heat shield for 13-inch pizza ovens minimizes heat loss by sealing the opening. It enhances the efficiency of the pizza oven by reducing heat loss. The heat shield is made entirely of stainless steel and features a Bakelite handle for safe handling.

With the COZZE heat shield, you can minimize heat loss from your pizza oven through the opening, making the preheating phase more effective or preventing temperature drops between baking pizzas.

Caution: The heat shield is not suitable for use during the entire operation of the pizza oven, as extremely high temperatures can occur. It is intended for short-term use during the preheating phase and in between baking pizzas.
