The Ex-e junction box from Ceag is a robust and reliable solution for the safe connection of electrical cables in explosion-risk areas. This terminal box is specifically designed for use in Ex zones 1 and 21 and offers a high protection rating of IP66, making it ideal for outdoor use. With a housing made of halogen-free polyamide and a material thickness of 4 mm, it ensures high impact resistance of over IK10. The box is designed for easy surface mounting and features several threaded holes for cable entry, facilitating installation. The Ex-e junction box is designed for a maximum conductor cross-section of 4 mm² and provides space for a terminal block as well as a PE rail. These features make it an excellent choice for demanding applications in the industry.
