Blade steel - so sharp, so good - The blade of the weighing knife is made of blade steel. This provides extreme and long-lasting sharpness (54±1 HRC) and is also resistant to corrosion. With your new knife, you can cut your pizza super smoothly and without crushing and can also chop herbs or nuts, for example.

Convenient handling - Thanks to the extra-long 35.5 cm blade, even cutting large pizzas, tarte flambée & co. with a diameter of up to 34 cm is no problem. The blade shape allows you to cut these easily in a smooth cradling motion. The ambidextrous acacia wood handle allows you to exert sufficient pressure for smooth cuts.

Cleaned and stored - Once you've finished your work, simply clean your cradle knife by hand and store it safely and gently with the blade guard supplied until the next use.
