The BURNHARD pizza stone is available as a small version with 38 x 30 x 1.5 cm or a large version with 45 x 35 x 1.5 cm.
In the oven or on the grill - the choice is yours
In summer, you can heat the pizza stone on the grill and invite people to a pizza party instead of a BBQ. In winter, it can also be used in the oven. The principle: heat for 20-30 minutes, place the topped pizza on the hot stone and bake for approx. 10 minutes, depending on the topping and thickness of the dough. Done.
Robust, heat-resistant material for extra crispy results
The pizza stone is made of the natural material cordierite. The stone not only tolerates very high temperatures, but also stores them for a long time. Once heated, the cordierite stone transfers heat evenly. The fine pores absorb moisture. The result: crisp, evenly baked dough - just as it should be. After baking and cooling, dough residues can be easily burnt off and removed with a spatula and brush.
