JSP Aerolite® Bump Cap, 5 cm short brim, black

The AeroLite® bump cap weighs less than 135 g and provides full protective effect.

Maximum ventilation: The AeroLite® bump cap offers excellent airflow.

Uncompromising lightweight: With a weight of less than 135 g, the AeroLite® bump cap provides the highest safety with a particularly lightweight EPP (Expanded Polypropylene) impact absorber, combined with a stable shell made of HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) and a lightweight polyester cover.

Clean and odor-resistant: Both the sweatband and the comfort insert are treated with Polygiene®, an antibacterial feature that inhibits the growth of odor-causing bacteria, thus preventing unpleasant odors. This improved hygiene enhances freshness while reducing the risk of skin reactions. Polygiene® is certified as a Class 1 medical product and offers a lifetime guarantee against unpleasant odors.

Quick-drying: The integrated sweatband effectively channels sweat away and distributes it across the entire fabric, increasing evaporation and cooling.

Side reflective strips: Large reflective strips on both sides of the AeroLite® bump cap enhance the visibility of the product and the user.

Water-repellent: To improve the dirt-repellent properties of the stylish bump cap, the surface is equipped with a durable water-repellent coating. Water simply beads off the surface.
