Broil King has developed a top-notch infrared grilling system for you, featuring a stainless steel round grill grate that is height-adjustable in two stages. Infrared technology is more efficient in gas consumption and achieves a significantly higher grill surface temperature. This technology is a great addition to Broil King's powerful grilling systems, compatible with Imperial, Regal, and Baron 590 models. With infrared technology, you achieve more efficient gas usage while still reaching a noticeably higher grilling temperature compared to conventional burner technologies. Grilling with infrared radiation not only results in delicious flavors from the grilling process but also produces a much juicier outcome due to the short heat exposure time. Additional features include: power output of 2.9 kW, a two-stage height-adjustable stainless steel grill grate, grilling area of 30.3 x 24.5 cm, aluminum die-cast housing, ceramic honeycomb measuring 182 x 127 mm, and a safety ignition system with a pilot flame that automatically restarts if the burner is extinguished by wind. It also includes a grease tray.
