The guide ball bearings allow the router to be guided directly on the workpiece, even on curved edges. The use of templates is not necessary. Common applications include rounding edges on window frames, cabinets, tabletops, shelves, and fireplace surrounds. Tungsten carbide cutting edges ensure durability and reliable cutting. Additionally, the design of the router limits chip size and thus prevents kickback.
