Made from the extra-hardened Carbide Microteq, the in-house manufactured cutter offers high durability and performance for woodwork. The Proteqtion protective coating protects against friction, rust and gumming. It maintains the cutting ability of the cutter for a long time. The cutter is computer balanced during production and is therefore perfectly centred with perfect rotational symmetry. The result is precise and smooth flutes. It is intended for milling small, precise grooves in soft and hard solid wood as well as in wood composites and special materials with solid surfaces. It is particularly suitable for grooves with small dimensions such as discs and springs. The Expert for Wood solid carbide grooving cutter has a special clearance angle that enables effortless plunge grooving.
