Up to 4 times better dust extraction than a standard sandpaper - Dust - you're covered in it, you can taste it. It clogs your sandpaper, making it virtually unusable. It covers everything in the room and permeates the entire house. Dust is the biggest drawback to sanding. But the Particle Control system has largely eliminated this problem. Bosch Particle Control ensures that all dust particles are sucked into your vacuum or filter. The Bosch Expert M480 Mesh Structure Sanding Blade is at the forefront of this system: particles are guided straight through the open mesh instead of clogging the surface or polluting the air. This ensures a high level of efficiency and a very long service life. Many experts find it hard to believe that we have eliminated the biggest problem in grinding. It wasn't easy, but we did it.
