The J475 Best for Metal sanding roll provides a perfect finish for roughening and sanding metal surfaces. The flexible fabric backing allows for a high-quality surface finish. The complete resin bonding of the sheet ensures impressive grain adhesion for reliable and continuous sanding work. For easy hand sanding, the backing can also be easily torn to the desired size. The sanding sheet conforms to contours and curves and is used for general sanding operations on surfaces made of metal, unalloyed steel, construction steel, aluminum, non-ferrous metals, and castings. It is also ideal for deburring and derusting metal surfaces as well as for roughening sealing surfaces. The sanding sheet is made from J-fabric and hard semi-friable corundum grains, combining high flexibility, durability, and dimensional accuracy. The closed antistatic coating allows for optimal results during sanding. Additionally, the full synthetic resin bonding of the sanding grains ensures wear resistance even under the toughest conditions.
