The Lay-Z-Spa Pillow by Bestway offers even more relaxation in the pool. This comfortable pillow provides head and neck support while you unwind after a long day. The bio-foam is 100% waterproof and resistant to chemicals and odors. This pillow is easy to clean and can be securely attached to almost all Lay-Z-Spas except for Helsinki and Vancouver. It can also be used in the bathtub. Fully relax with the Lay-Z-Spa Pillow.
