Berker SCHUKO double socket

Socket with protective contact, 2-fold horizontal with hinged cover and labeling field W.1 in gray. This socket is classified IP55 and features a labeling field of approximately 50 x 16 mm, designed for P-touch tapes with a height of 12 mm. It is intended for horizontal installation, and the inserts are pre-wired with terminal blocks. There is an entry for two wires and another for a cable or pipe. The upper and lower entries for wires are arranged laterally, making them particularly suitable for installation next to door frames. A full-surface seal under the housing base ensures the sealing of the rear of the housing. The hinged cover closes automatically and locks manually to achieve the IP55 protection rating. The housings have easily accessible, funnel-shaped mounting holes. A Wago 2-wire connection terminal for wiring is included, and there are two snap-in places for Wago 2-wire connection terminals in the housing base. There is ample space for wiring under the bases of the inserts (hollow base). The installation of the insert in the housing is easily done by snapping it in, and the frame is securely fixed to the housing via a bayonet quick-release mechanism. The connection terminals comply with VDE 0620 and are manufactured according to DIN 49440. Housing screws and hinged cover springs are made of stainless steel. The installation is surface-mounted.
