Belton Vintage-Sprayl (Shabby-Chic)

For decorative lacquering to achieve a vintage look in combination with sandpaper (recommended P180). For lacquering objects made of wood and metal. Can also be used on other surfaces such as plastic or glass. For plastics, it is recommended to apply belton plastic primer, for glass belton universal primer. Product advantages: Water-based paint spray. Individual design possibilities. Fast drying and high covering power. Further processing with sandpaper enables vintage look (recommended P180). Suitable for interior use, limited suitability for exterior use. Optimum painting results in a minimum of time. Binder base: Special, water-based dispersion. Spray application: with 2-3 sprays: approx. 30-40 µm.
Spray distance: 15-25 cm. Drying times: Dust-dry: after approx. 10 min. Sandable: after approx. 20 min. Fully dry: after approx. 12 hours. Can be painted over: with itself at any time with clear lacquer (belton clear lacquer): After sanding (vintage effect) and remove sanding dust. Paint build-up: Wood: 1. lightly roughen (better adhesion) 2. belton special vintage lacquer 3. sanding with sandpaper (recommended P180) 4. belton clear lacquer (optional) Metal: 1. remove rust, sand/roughen 2. belton special vintage lacquer 3. sanding with sandpaper (recommended P180) 4. belton clear lacquer (recommended) Plastic: 1. belton plastic primer 2. belton special vintage paint 3. sanding with sandpaper (recommended P180) 4. belton clear lacquer (recommended) Old paintwork: 1. sand old paintwork, check compatibility 2. belton universal primer 3. belton special vintage paint 4. sanding with sandpaper (recommended P180) 5. belton clear lacquer (recommended). Note: Please check plastic substrates for compatibility. All other surfaces, e.g. stone, clay, ceramics, rattan/bast, cardboard/paper must be primed with belton universal primer. Do not spray on synthetic resin painted surfaces as the paint may lift. The surface to be painted must be clean, dry and free of grease.
