Belton Heat resistant lacquer

Heat resistant up to 650°C, this product is suitable for spraying parts exposed to high temperatures, such as oven pipes, fireplaces, or chimneys. It is also suitable for areas of vehicles and bicycles, such as exhaust systems.

The benefits of the product include heat-resistant special spray paint, long-term protection, and color refreshment. It offers high surface hardness, good coverage, and quick drying. The paint has very good flow properties and is easy to apply.

For application, gradually increase the temperature, as the paint cures only at 250°C. The binder base consists of silicone resins. For spray application, use 3-4 cross layers for an approximate thickness of 30-40 µm (apply several thin layers, with a maximum of 30 µm per layer). The recommended spray distance is 15-25 cm.

The drying times are as follows: dust dry after about 30 minutes, touch dry after about 60 minutes, and fully cured only occurs at temperatures above 250°C. It can be repainted at any time with itself.

Note: Do not use a primer, as it is not heat resistant. The paint cures only at 250°C, so warm it up slowly. Do not spray on surfaces that have been painted with synthetic resin, as the paint may peel off. Apply the paint only to cold objects.
