Product details
Heat resistant up to 650°C, this product is suitable for spraying parts exposed to high temperatures, such as oven pipes, fireplaces, or chimneys. It is also suitable for areas of motor vehicles and two-wheelers, including exhaust systems.
Product benefits include:
- Heat-resistant special spray paint
- Long-lasting protection and color refreshment
- High surface hardness and durability
- Good coverage and quick drying
- Very good flow properties and easy application
Heat slowly, as the paint cures only at temperatures above 250°C. The binder base consists of silicone resins. For spray application, apply 3-4 cross layers for about 30-40 µm (apply several thin layers, maximum 30 µm per spray pass). The recommended spray distance is 15-25 cm.
The drying times are as follows:
- Dust dry: after about 30 minutes
- Touch dry: after about 60 minutes
- Fully dry: The paint cures only at temperatures above 250°C, so heat slowly.
You can always repaint with the same color. Note that no primer should be used, as it is not temperature resistant. The paint cures only at 250°C, so heat slowly. Avoid spraying on surfaces painted with synthetic resin, as the paint may lift. Only paint cold objects.
