The BBQ Master TempControl Smart is an innovative fan control system specifically designed for Kamado grills. With this smart control, users can monitor the temperature in the cooking chamber as well as the core temperature of two pieces of meat simultaneously. The powerful fan automatically regulates the air supply to ensure consistent heat, which is particularly beneficial for slow cooking brisket or pulled pork. Control is conveniently done via a Bluetooth app for iOS and Android, allowing for real-time temperature monitoring, target value definition, and notifications for deviations. Alternatively, the device can also be operated using an integrated rotary knob. The easy-to-read display shows all relevant values at a glance. With a measurement range of up to 300 °C for meat and 500 °C for the cooking chamber, as well as flexible power supply options via USB-C or battery, the TempControl Smart offers maximum control and comfort for a relaxed grilling experience.
