The rib rack is versatile in its use. It can be used both as a rib rack and as a roasting rack; simply flip the rack to switch its function. Larger pieces of meat can be cooked evenly, and the wide racks reduce the risk of the meat burning or drying out. Additionally, the spare ribs holder is suitable for evenly smoking your favorite grilled foods.
Up to 9 rib racks can be perfectly placed.
