The preparation of grilled food is particularly easy and delicious on the BBQ Master lava stone: On the polished lava stone, meat and fish can be turned much more easily, as the food sticks less than on conventional grill grates. You can also prepare wonderfully juicy meat on it!
Lava stones are made from cooled volcanic rock. The special feature of lava stones is their porous structure and pitted surface, which allows for excellent heat retention. The stored heat is then distributed more evenly to the respective food being grilled.
