Insulated handles made of mono-material polypropylene. Designed for working on energized devices up to 1000 V in accordance with IEC 60900. Maximum cutting capacity: 4.5 mm copper, 3 mm iron, and 2.5 mm piano wire. The distance between the joint and cutting edges is reduced for better leverage and maximum cutting capacity. Made from high-performance high-speed steel, phosphated and anti-corrosion treated. The cutting radius runs along the edge, allowing hard materials such as piano wire to be cut close to the joint, while also accommodating soft materials. Features a screw connection for excellent cutting performance and cutting edge accuracy. Rounded jaws improve access to hard-to-reach areas. Equipped with induction-hardened cutting edges for durability. Each tool is tested for 10 seconds at 10,000 V at the end of the production process.
