The insulated bolt cutter from Bahco complies with IEC 60900 and is VDE certified. It has been designed to protect against accidental electric shock when working on circuits up to 1000 volts.

Features and benefits:

  • Insulated bolt cutters with four layers in black for additional protection of the handle edges
  • Forged head with induction-hardened cutting edges
  • Long lever with a head activated by leverage allows cutting of hard wires with very little effort
  • 3-layer insulation coating in different colors: Red for safety, Orange for danger, Yellow for high danger
  • For wire types with 80 kg/mm², the diameter is 9 mm², for 120 kg/mm² the diameter is 8 mm, and for 160 kg/mm² the diameter is 7 mm.
