JSP Aerolite bump cap, 2.5 cm micro peak, hi-vis orange. The AeroLite bump cap weighs less than 135 g and offers full protection. Maximum ventilation: The AeroLite bump cap offers excellent ventilation.

Uncompromising lightweight: Weighing less than 135 g, the AeroLite bump cap offers maximum safety with a particularly lightweight EPP (Expanded Polypropylene) impact absorber, combined with a sturdy HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) shell and a lightweight polyester cover.

Clean and odour-inhibiting: Both the sweatband and the comfort insert are coated with Polygiene, an antibacterial treatment that inhibits the growth of odour-causing bacteria and thus prevents unpleasant odours. This improved hygiene improves freshness and at the same time reduces the risk of skin reactions. Polygiene has Class 1 medical device approval and offers a lifetime guarantee for the prevention of unpleasant odours.

Quick-drying: The integrated sweatband effectively wicks away sweat and distributes it over the entire fabric, increasing evaporation and cooling.

Reflective strips on the sides: Large reflective strips on both sides of the AeroLite bump cap increase the visibility of the product and the user.

Water-repellent: To improve the dirt-repellent properties of the fashionable bump cap, the surface is equipped with a durable water-repellent coating. Water simply rolls off the surface.
