Microfiber upper part reinforced with polyurethane (PU) for more flexibility and resistance to abrasion and water, with a reduction in weight. The material guarantees a good fit and is easy to maintain and clean. The contoured shin guard is injected with thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) of very high molecular weight to achieve excellent levels of impact and abrasion resistance. On the medial side, there is a specially sculpted TPU panel to achieve optimal grip with the motorcycle and better resistance to heat and abrasion.

One-piece injected dual-component foot shell with co-injected rigid toe protection and integrated steel shank. The shell is extremely abrasion and impact resistant, giving the boot more durability while enhancing its profile. Excellent flex with the low-profile medial and lateral pivot system. The accordion-like flexibility zones in the instep and Achilles heel are designed to provide superior control and support. The extended microfiber surround limits excessive water and dirt entry.

The compound sole is fully integrated into the base structure for added durability and is replaceable. Flexible poly foam reinforcement at the ankles and collar provides comfort and shock absorption. The removable anatomical insole offers comfort and support for even weight distribution. 3D textile mesh with open cell foam enhances comfort and better circulation.

The buckle closure system incorporates polymer and fiberglass buckle arms and impact-resistant aluminum support closures for durability and weight reduction. The buckle system features a memory buckle length adjustment with a quick-release, self-aligning fastening system for easier and more secure closure. All buckles can be replaced.
