HSS Step Drill - Maykestag DIN338 RN 16 mm.

This drill features an A-C cutting edge, is short, right-handed, and has a cylindrical shank. It is a precision-ground step drill of industrial quality, designed for drilling alloyed and unalloyed steels, gray cast iron, ductile cast iron, copper alloys, nickel silver, graphite, and sintered iron.

Key features include wide flutes and a reinforced core that allow for a drilling depth nearly equal to the spiral length, as well as effective chip removal. The point angle is 118°, and the surface is bluish starting from 1.0 mm. All dimensions begin at 4.0 mm with a special grinding "AC." This industrial-quality drill is suitable for NC machines and offers precision through a modern grinding process, as well as break stability thanks to CNC-controlled heat treatment.
