HSS Step Drill - Maykestag DIN 338 RN 7.7 mm.

This precisely ground step drill features a short cross-section A-C, right-hand cutting, and a cylindrical shank. It is designed for drilling alloyed and unalloyed steels, gray cast iron, copper alloys, nickel silver, graphite, and sintered iron. The wide flutes and reinforced core allow for a drilling depth that is nearly equal to the length of the drill, ensuring good chip removal. The point angle is 118°, and the surface is blue-coated starting from a diameter of 1.0 mm. All dimensions start at 4.0 mm with a special grinding "AC." This industrial-quality drill is suitable for NC machines and is characterized by a modern grinding process, while its break resistance is enhanced by a CNC-controlled heat treatment.
