Product details

Hollow wall boxes HWD 90 for fire protection walls EI30-EI120 ensure certified and fire-safe electrical installations. The intelligent AFS technology reacts immediately to fire and heat, automatically sealing the installation opening. This maintains the fire resistance class of the wall and secures the escape route. The application in all fire protection walls and the fire resistance duration of up to 120 minutes provide maximum flexibility, even with planning changes. At the same time, it also meets the sound insulation requirements of the wall.

Note: Final assembly of certain flush-mounted devices on unplastered surfaces: Due to the protruding edge of the box, a small gap may occur between the cover and the wall surface. For unplastered surfaces, it is advisable to recess the edge of the box into the wall to avoid any gaps.
