The ABUS Diskus lock is a special form of padlock with special advantages. The shape of the discus locks effectively prevents the most common methods of overcoming. For example, the small shackle opening due to the design offers hardly any space for attacks on the shackle. Due to the predominant use of stainless steel, the Diskus lock is particularly suitable for applications where security and corrosion protection are required. Trucks, doors, gates, barns, cellars, sheds, etc. can be locked with the ABUS Diskus®. Ideal in strong weather conditions (e.g. in sea and harbor areas, for securing on vehicles and boats in outdoor use.
