Security with pre-alarm. The ABUS Brake Disc Lock GRANIT™ Detecto XPlus 8077 2.0 sets new standards in quality, protection, and comfort. An intelligent pre-alarm alerts to movements at the lock and silences itself in case of a false alarm. If the lock is further attacked, a loud alarm of at least 100 dB sounds. Thanks to 3D Position Detection, the GRANIT™ Detecto XPlus 8077 2.0 reliably detects movements at the lock and initially triggers the intelligent pre-alarm, which stops after seven signal tones. Only after that, and with further movements, does a full alarm of 100 dB sound for 15 seconds. Additionally, the automatic brake disc recognition system knows exactly when the lock is properly secured on the disc or not. This allows the GRANIT™ Detecto XPlus 8077 2.0 to be conveniently transported in a locked state without triggering the alarm function. Multi-colored LEDs provide a quick overview of the activity and battery status. The necessary material thickness is ensured by the hardened special steel used for the locking bolt, housing, and load-bearing parts of the locking mechanism. The installed ABUS XPlus cylinder has been specifically optimized against manipulation, such as picking attacks.
