F200 Type B is designed for smooth DC residual currents and operational safety. It is all-current sensitive, with a short delay of 10 ms and surge current resistance up to 3 kA (5 kA for the selective version). Residual current circuit breakers (RCCBs) provide protection for persons and property, as well as protection against electrically ignited fires in accordance with DIN VDE 0100-410 and DIN VDE 0100-530. The F200 B series RCCBs ensure protection against earth faults for sinusoidal alternating currents, pulsating currents, and smooth DC residual currents. They offer fault protection (protection against indirect contact), additional protection (with IΔn ≤ 30 mA), and fire protection (with I∆n ≤ 300 mA). They comply with product standards for Type A IEC/EN 61008-1, 61008-2-1, 61543 (VDE 0664 10, 11, 30) and Type B DIN EN 62423 (VDE 0664-40). Applications include household, commercial, or industrial uses. The extensive range of accessories provides everything needed for installation tasks. Type B RCCBs are suitable for non-linear circuits that can generate fault currents with smooth DC residual currents and various frequencies. These components are found in electronic devices such as frequency converters. Type B RCCBs have a frequency range of 0 to 2 kHz for detecting fault currents and offer high system availability.
