The standard version of the Ty-Fast full plastic cable tie is made from halogen- and silicone-free polyamide 6.6 and is available in many different colors. State-of-the-art machines and raw material selection ensure the homogeneity of the product and material throughout the entire manufacturing process. The integrated polyamide closure allows for low threading and high binding forces. Additionally, the rounded, flat tie heads and the slightly angled tie end with gripping surface facilitate easy handling. Furthermore, the double serration at the end of the cable tie aids in gripping and tightening the tie, preventing the end of the cable tie from slipping out of the closure head. As a result, Ty-Fast cable ties can be processed quickly and securely, reducing user fatigue, lowering assembly costs, and thereby increasing productivity.
