The standard version of the Ty-Fast full plastic cable tie is made from halogen- and silicone-free polyamide 6.6 and is available in many different colors. State-of-the-art machinery and raw material selection ensure the homogeneity of the product and material throughout the entire manufacturing process. The integrated polyamide closure allows for low threading and high binding forces. Additionally, the rounded, flat tie heads and the slightly angled tie end with grip area facilitate easy handling. Furthermore, the double serration at the end of the cable tie aids in gripping and tightening the tie and prevents the end of the cable tie from slipping out of the closure head. Therefore, Ty-Fast cable ties can be processed quickly and securely, reduce user fatigue, contribute to lowering assembly costs, and thus increase productivity.
