State-of-the-art robotic and raw material handling ensure product and material quality throughout the entire manufacturing process. The integrated cable tie tab combines low insertion resistance with high locking strength. Additionally, the rounded, flat tie heads and the slightly angled tie end with grip area facilitate easy handling. Furthermore, the double-toothed design at the end of the cable tie aids in gripping and tightening the tie while preventing the end from slipping out of the closure head. As a result, Ty-Fast cable ties can be processed quickly and securely, reducing user fatigue, lowering assembly costs, and thereby increasing productivity.
