3M Germany Heat-shrinkable rep. sleeve 140/40 mm, 500 mm HDCW 140/40-500 Version shrink sleeve

The 3M heat-shrink repair sleeves HDCW are designed for the quick and secure repair of damaged cable sheaths for low and medium voltage cables. Their interior is coated with a hot-melt adhesive, providing a waterproof seal on all plastic and metal sheaths. An outer coating on the sleeve with temperature indicator paint signals the end of the shrinking process through a color change. A stainless steel strip serves as a closure, which can be removed after the sleeve has cooled. The repair sleeve is made of cross-linked polyolefin. It is UV resistant and halogen-free.
