Thanks to its patented, flexible shell design made from durable ABS plastic, the 3M First Base Plus bump cap provides impact protection for industrial use in accordance with EN 812. It protects the wearer from light impacts and lacerations, as well as abrasions to the head caused by stationary objects in various industries, such as automotive, aerospace, food processing, and transport and logistics. It features breathable fabric and a foam padding, along with air vents for good ventilation. An absorbent terry sweatband and a closed-cell foam padding are also included. You can optionally have your cap embroidered with your company logo. The caps are available in various visor lengths - standard (70 mm), shortened (55 mm), or micro (25 mm) - and in numerous colors.
