    Better than 3M X5A - 37 db?

As an autistic person, I'm looking for more quiet, especially on public transport. My Sony MX5s are "for nothing", they hardly insulate at all, NC doesn't keep up with anything spontaneous (children shouting and loud announcements), or it sometimes seems even louder due to the shielding of other ambient noise. Now I've come across the X5A at 3M, which are supposed to shield 37 db? The most important thing for me would be to shield the high tones.

    Quiet as a mouse

Is there any hearing protection that lets through close to 0 db? I need them to concentrate on the train and at home. Greetings

    300m Shooting

Does anyone have an active Pamir in service that shoots at 300m? I always have the problem with the Army Pamir that one capsule lifts off when aiming.

I'm looking for an emergency solution to a faulty, constantly humming ventilation system in the neighbourhood, which simply won't be repaired despite my knowledge of the inconvenience to the residents. It's been humming every day from morning until night for weeks and I'm supposed to be on holiday soon, but I can't use my terrace at all (= no holiday) and can't even tilt the windows in my flat. Requirements for noise protection: - Hum must be gone (I hope it's only acoustic, not also vibration, then nothing helps) - All other noises must be fully perceptible (e.g. pet activities, events in the flat) - It must under no circumstances be a nuisance, neither fall out of the ears nor cause pressure/sucking or even pain in the ear - it must not be there, so to speak - It must not increase heat stress (summer!) What fulfils the requirements - apart from the right one? Repairing the ventilation?
