Media Markt states that the product is suitable and permitted for road traffic. Who is right now and what are the exact laws for electric scooters in Switzerland?
As a rule, the manufacturer must request a certificate, which is permitted for Swiss road traffic at max. 20km/h. Currently there is a grey area here... best not to drive too fast past the police and in public places, then there should be no trouble....
The TCS states that e-scooters may be driven on the road without a type test.
