Can you ride the scooter in light rain?

You can ride the scooter in any weather, just be careful.

I have never had any problems with my Xiaomi Mi Pro 2. I even rode it on icy roads this winter. The grip is not as good as with a bike, but I would still rate it as safer because you can simply get off the scooter if you slip. Braking is a disaster even with the disc brake. Since your body moves forward when braking, you lose your grip on the rear wheel and it doesn't brake so well.)

no way, if water gets into the control unit, it's ruined.

Since the scooter is not waterproof, but only splash-proof, it is not recommended. Also, even in light rain, it is not as safe as a bicycle with its small wheels.

i would rather choose the segway-ninebot e-scooter max g30d. it is splash-proof and has performed best in all tests.
