Question about Bowflex Max Trainer M8
Is the braking system on the M8 the same as on the M9 and Total? Is it air, magnetic or both? There are different statements on the net. Thank you very much for your answers!

The Max Trainer is a magnetic braking system. A motor presses the magnet against a metal disc and thus indicates the resistance.
