If I activate the immobiliser in the app. Does it remain active even if I move away from the scooter and am no longer within the reception range of the mobile phone?

The immobiliser remains active even if the mobile is removed from the scooter. However, this does not provide reliable protection. If another person has installed the app on the mobile, they can easily unlock the scooter. This is because the scooter is linked to the app and not to a personal user account.
The lock function is therefore ineffective. A classic lock offers better protection in this case.

The lock remains active. But this is not real theft protection. The scooter is simply carried/pushed away. The only thing that really helps is to secure it with a lock!
