No, it shouldn't be too bad. The battery stops charging when it is full. When it is charging the charger gets hot, when it stops charging it should be cool.

Grüezi. The charger charges with two amps. It takes a long time with a 20 A battery. What bothers me more is that you could drive a long way from 100 kilometres. Far from it.
