Question about KingSmith WalkingPad TRX21F

I am interested in this WalkingPad. According to several reviews/videos, it seems to me to be the best solution for under the standing desk (should be at least 115cm high) and as a stand-alone device. It also seems to be the quietest of the WalkingPads (the A1 Pro has an unsightly ventilation system). I also like the connection and operation via app. The fact that it can be placed on a wall is also a plus point for me compared to the smaller devices without a handle. That's why I tend to spend a little more on a walking pad (mainly for working, but also separately for running) than on an A1 Pro or R2. I also don't like the look of the latter and it seems to be a bit more difficult to set up. That's why I stuck with the X21. My question to previous buyers of an X21: Are you still satisfied with the device (after how long it has been in use) and have you taken out a "Pickup&Return" warranty with it? Given the rather high price, is it worth investing another 140 for the extended warranty? Many thanks for any feedback!
