The 858 NSW Carbon Tubeless Disc Brake Wheelset with TSE features a tubeless and hookless rim profile for a seamless tire transition and significant weight reduction. The 858 offers you the benefits of our high rims at a weight typically associated with 20 mm lower rims. The internal width of the wheel is 23 mm, making it ideal for riding wider tires at lower pressures, thereby reducing rolling resistance. This is how TSE technology helps you overcome the four obstacles to speed: aerodynamic drag, gravity, rolling resistance, and vibration losses. The wavy rim shape of the 858 NSW, with a height of 82 mm to 85 mm, our patented Sawtooth profile, is our most powerful design for aero efficiency and crosswind stability. The 858 NSW features Zipp's Carbon Internal Reinforcement (CiR), making the rim 10% lighter while maintaining the same stability as previous models. The result is pure speed for triathlon, time trials, and aggressive road cycling. And although this wheelset is optimized for tubeless tires, you still have the option to use tubeless-compatible tires with tubes. The 858 NSW is fastest with a 28 mm tire.
