Product details

The Baguette is a sturdy and ultra-light wooden beam that accompanies you everywhere. It has been specifically designed for warming up and training climbers both indoors and outdoors. During warm-ups, the beam reduces the risk of injury, and during training, it is particularly effective for strengthening the passive and active structures of the fingers, arms, and back during pulling and suspension exercises. The beam is very versatile, featuring two incline modes and six different grip types, which are easily identifiable thanks to engraved depths (10 mm, 15 mm, 20 mm, 25 mm, 30 mm + support). With its simple design made from recycled rubber wood, La Baguette offers a soft-touch surface that provides comfort and grip, appealing to both beginners and experts alike.
