Y & Y Penta training handles

The Penta from Y&Y Vertical are versatile and portable grip trainers. Designed for warming up and training, they allow for working on a variety of grips with their seven different handles and the 360° system. To change the grip, the Penta is simply rotated within the suspension. A free suspension and defined grip depths enable specific and targeted warming up and training. The construction from glued hardwood and poplar not only provides a smooth and soft grip but also ensures an incredibly low weight of 220 grams per Penta, making them easy to take anywhere.
