The belly arms and the solid rings stabilize the bit and function similarly to a shell net. They provide constant contact and prevent the bit from sliding into the horse's mouth. Ideal for horses that tolerate very little movement of the bit in their mouth. The unique joint applies a nutcracker effect, exerting pressure on the horse's tongue, bars, and palate.
