Escape Point Downhill! Whether it's Leogang, Winterberg, Portes du Soleil, Hafjell, or Whistler - our VD is at home in the bike park and on the toughest downhill tracks. With a powerful 210 mm of suspension travel on the industry-bearing four-link rear and a 200 mm dual crown fork, it performs impressively on any freeride or downhill trail. For the front wheel, we rely on the slightly better grip and rollover behavior of 27.5". The rear wheel continues to use 26" to optimally support you during agile direction changes. Rock fields and braking bumps lose their intimidation. The modern geometry transforms the most challenging trails into a playground for downhillers. This is complemented by the equipment of the extensively tested AL 6061 T6 frame with a ten-year warranty. With a dual crown fork - and in the Elite version, even the iconic upside-down fork from Manitou - and a solid chain guide.
