The VirtuFit ROW 1.0 is an easy-to-use rowing machine. This rowing machine features adjustable elastomer resistance, providing a pleasant rowing motion. The ergonomic seat glides smoothly on a sturdy aluminum rail. Non-slip pedals with adjustable straps ensure a firm footing, offering optimum support for your feet as you row.

The LCD display allows you to track various elements of your workout. The Row 1.0 displays time, number of rowing strokes, strokes per minute, and calorie consumption. With the push of a button, you can switch between different data. You can also select the scan function to view data in succession. The display is powered by two AA batteries, eliminating the need for an electrical outlet.

This rower does not have a flywheel; the resistance comes from an adjustable elastomer. You pull on the sturdy resistance cable as you row and let it retract as you move backward. This design allows you to exert force not only during the rowing motion but also in the controlled movement back to the starting position, resulting in continuous movement. It effectively builds muscle strength and fitness while feeling very natural. Resistance can be adjusted with the resistance knob in four positions to make your exercises lighter or heavier.
