Extremely light ski touring gaiter made of siliconized ripstop Cordura with a full-length side zipper and adjustable bar. Cordura is highly abrasion-resistant, making it ideal for backpacks and clothing. In endurance tests, Cordura resists tearing, pulling, and abrasion forces better than any other comparable material. It is 10 times more durable than cotton fabric, 3 times more durable than standard polyester, and 2 times more durable than standard nylon. Bluesign approved fabric indicates that the product meets the world's strictest standards for environmental protection, consumer protection, and occupational safety. All environmentally relevant production aspects are critically reviewed and permanently optimized, including material usage, energy, water, wastewater, exhaust air, noise, waste, and handling of hazardous substances.
